Recipiz Support
Recipiz is a recipe-saving app for iPhone and Android. Save recipes from text and from TikTok and Instagram posts, organise them into cookbooks, and with Recipiz Premium, estimate nutrition and build grocery lists. Recipiz is operated by iZ Technologies.

Subscriptions (Recipiz Premium)
- Subscribe or change plan: Premium is sold through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Open the Recipiz Premium screen in the app to choose a plan.
- Manage or cancel: On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. You can also tap Manage subscription under My account in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals, and Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, request a refund through your Google Play order history.
- Charged after cancelling? Cancel in the App Store or Google Play first. Deleting the app or your Recipiz account does not cancel a subscription.
Restoring purchases
- If you subscribed before and Premium isn't showing, sign in to Recipiz with the same account you subscribed with, using the Apple ID or Google account you bought the subscription with on your device.
- Still missing? Email developers@iztechnology.net with the email on your Recipiz account, and we'll link your subscription.
Account help
- Signing in: Use the same method you signed up with: Sign in with Apple, Google, or your email address. If you can't get in, email us with the address on your account.
- Deleting your account: Open My account in the app and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your account along with your recipes, cookbooks, grocery lists and photos. It does not cancel a subscription, so cancel it in the App Store or Google Play as well.
- Something else: Email developers@iztechnology.net with a short description of the problem and, if it helps, your device model and app version.
